Purchasers and quality controllers of Acme’s customers can work directly with Acme about any details of their orders. Normally they can exchange emails or send faxes or even make phone calls to Acme.
Customers can make claims about problems and defects in the products they receive from Acme. Acme
will issue credit or make replacement for proved defective products according to its Product Return Policies.
